Yacht Broker/Salesperson             Brokerage

Overall Responsibility:

This opportunity is a full time position, daily task and responsibilities include managing client relationships, following up with sales leads as well as presenting marketing programs and agreements to potential clients. Managing and tracking very complex transactions from all stages of a very detailed selling and buying process.

Qualifications:

• More than five years commission sales experience is a plus

• Knowledge of the South Florida Yacht Brokerage Industry

• Advanced boating skills including product knowledge

• Yacht Sales experience as well as other high ticket products & services

• Experience with basic to advanced business systems, CRM's, sales processes etc.

• Basic computer skills as well as common programs and applications

• Excellent organizational skills

• A passion for the boating industry, closing deals, and building business
