Requirements:

• Licensed USCG captain experience is highly desirable 

• Florida Yacht Broker's Salesperson License / Florida Yacht Broker Salesperson's Bond

• Sales & Closing experience, yacht brokerage, or real estate closing experience preferred.

• Knowledge and familiar with the Florida Yacht Brokerage community

• High School Education required, Bachelors Degree preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is critical

• Computer skills, Windows XP, Office, Outlook

• Self motivates, self directs, and performs with little direction
